Challenge
The architect needed marketing-ready images of a residence months before construction, so buyers could judge materials, light and landscaping.

Approach
We modelled the house from the working drawings, set up day and dusk lighting studies, and produced stills plus a 60-second walkthrough.

Presentation approved in the first review; the visuals were reused across brochures, hoardings and social media.
